Завод может одновременно производить каркасы: панельные (в том числе из трехслойных «финские» стеновых панелей), сборно-монолитные, серии 1.020, «Ортэкс», промышленный каркас, КУБ 2.5. Они применяются для строительства жилых домов, школ, детских садов, торговых центров и других объектов.

Колонны, балки, фермы, стеновые панели. Завод восстановил технологию производства ферм на 24 метра и является одним из немногих заводов в стране, который выпускает подобные изделия из железобетона.

Производство других железобетонных конструкций и изделий, как серийного производства, так и по индивидуальным чертежам.

Ежемесячно завод выпускает более 3 500 куб. м. высококачественного железобетона.
